I think it is difficult to say which one is better. To love or to be loved are both happy.Because love is communicate. For even as love crowns you so shall he crucify you.Even as he is for your growth so is he for your pruning.Every thing has two coins. As to me,i choose love life.I believe paying for love lead to obtaining the love back though it is little.Obtaining love can give us moving so we should pay for my love back. This is just my choose. So what is your opinion?

It's a paradoxical question. If you like to be loved someone must be there to love you, and if everybody likes to be loved then there would be no one to love you. This defeats your original liking of being loved. Hey, I hope I am clear and not confusing you. So, the best thing (which nature also proposes) is to try to achieve an equilibrium. I think the day the equilibrium is met the world's population will be the most happiest. One should try to give and take love at the same time. It must be a mutual take n give relationship. I guess the balance is heavier on the 'being loved' side (even I am one this side) but both have equal importance. Being loved gives us a sense of belonging and puts us into a comfort zone. At the same time, giving love makes one very happy to affect and see the joy on other's faces.

To love or to be loved will only be happy if the feeling is mutual. To love someone and not to be loved by him/her, or to be loved by someone you don't love, may not be such a wonderful feeling. Be it the giving side or the receiving side, this has to be mutual. I do agree with you that to be loved, first you have to learn to love. If you take the first step, most often you will find that there is a return of love to you. I am no saint, if I took the first step and to offer love, and if I don't at least get to be loved, I'll stop. Do you?

To love means to give part of yourself to another person. It means to give not to take. As for me it's easier to be loved. May be I'm a little bit selfish. But it's true. I don't like to give I prefer to take love.

To be loved is definitely the more enjoyable, but see, if you don't love you wouldn't get it back for long. Of course, there are times when loving gives you so much pleasure that is more than many years of being loved. Seeing the contentment in her eyes when I love her, that can beat anything.
