Do you use sandals every moment at home ?

I am scolded by my wife for not wearing sandals every moment i am at home . Because, i frequently take short naps while at home in between works and the bed cover catch dirt . But despite my efforts to remember wife's advice i repeat the same fault .
In fact it is difficult to keep on wearing sandals at home . Because , it s very hot now a days and wearing sandals push the heat to head .
WHat about you . Can you or do you always wear sandal at home ?

Do what you want as long as you are comortable. It doesn't matter what the rest of the world does, do what makes you comfortable! Why does your wife get upset with you for not wearing sandals at home? I don't understand that at all!

Hello,akumei!In my house we the inmates are not using foot wears as it is considered inauspicious.instead,we have kept soft towels on the floor at each door steps and near the bed to remove the dust from the feet.so you also keep a soft towel near the bed and wipe out the dust from your feet so that the bedsheets would not get dirt easily.thanx.

in our house, it is slippers. i think it is safe to say almost all filipinos wear slippers when they are at home. actually, not only at home, sometimes even at the office or while going to the mall.
when i was young, my mom would always remind me to wear my slippers everytime when inside the house. so i think i grew with that instilled in my system

sound like you have nagging wife hehe..
no i dont always wear snadals. funny cos i am wearing them at the moment but thats because i just been out in garden lol
i never wear slippers either.. i nearly always walk around the house bare foot :)
I not really understanding the problem to your wife actually, but thats me. Only thing id be upset with, is if wore dirty shoes through the house after being outside..
