After getting old, one tends to be more stubborn isn't it and this perhaps is the known fact and many of them don't like this stubbornness in old people as they all feel they are doing it purposely and find them irritating and also unbearable most of the times and what do you all feel here?

No, I absolutely love old people. You just have to learn to be patient with them. We have alot to learn from them if we would just listen.

You are a gem of apersona nd do continue bearing with them as we all know that there are many people in this world who leave their grandfathers or even fathers as they all think that old people are irritating as far as i understood, anyone who gets old will be more stubborn and wants things to be done as they like and this is a common factor and we got to bare with that thinking of their age factor

well if you are not used to them you'll find them irritating. but they are just like children. i guess people regress once they pass certain age. i won't say they did it purposely but they are not totally innocent. most of them just want to talk to someone. i live with my elderly parents and i can totally understand what you are talking about. sometimes they've got nothing to say so they'll repeat what they've said or ask questions that you've already answer thrice. i do try my best to be patient as they've once been patient with my questions when i was a child. cheers

Is it just "old people" or are we all "set in our ways", just a bit?
Look at yourself and think about how these same people you think are stubborn
may see you. My parents are still living and in their 70's. I love them and treasure all the things I have learned from them and through them by listening and watching what they do and say.
One day, we all will be the "old folks" and let's just hope we can share the things in life with kids that will appreciate them. It seems that kids today
want to "smart-mouth" and say sarcastic things to their elders and have no respect
for any one. I hope to be around when that generation gets a cold hard smack with reality.

It takes a lot of patience when you try to deal with old people but we have to understand them because we all will pass in that stage.
