Leap year birthdays

People who born on Feb. 29 is kind of special to hear. I was just wondering how do leap year birthdays celebrate? Some says every 4 years or some says either the 28th of Feb or the 1st of March.

I know someone who has a leap-year birthday. He hates it. Lol.

You know something that would suck I never even thought about this before lol. But imagine being born on that date so would your birthday be on the 28th every year if that happens or the first of march wich would probally be more likely. But that is something good to think about.
