I'm on a salad diet!

Hey all! I'm on a salad diet... so far I've decided to grab the pre-packaged salad & spruce it up with cukes and green peppers... tonights dinner was salad with cut up cube steaks & creamy italian dressing... tomorrow, the rest of the family will be having chicken & pasta or rice while I'll be eating salad with chicken in it with honey mustard dressing... I need more salad recipes!!!!!!! PLEASE help!!!!!!!

Just watch the calories on the dressing there where it kills you :) i would got low fat just eat reg but use less of it
Grilled chicken salad is very good add a lil corn and black beans very tasty

I'm watching the calories! Balsimic vinagarette has 60 calories... the creamy italian had 110... probably NOT the best choice, but considering breakfast consisted of 90 calories and lunch was less then 300, the 110 wasn't critical... I LOVE grilled chicken salad! That's tonights dinner... I never thought about adding corn & black beans to it! Do you mean black beans from a can?

yummy i just love salad !!! Yeah i buy a can of black beans and just add some to it i love ranch dressing on this type of salad :)

You could try putting everything on a blender and drinking the whole thing. Put some juice in it though so it tastes good. I have been thinking of doing this with a twist, I will ferment it for a few days and drink the entire concoction. I wonder if this will kill me or make me superman?

You could try a carrot raisin salad. You could also try a curried chicken salad. i sometimes feel like i get in a food rut and am making the same kinds of food over and over again.
You could try a wilted lettuce salad with bacon. There are may delcious salads out there.
