Even a friend can become foe, if you have bad breadth. I don't take things for granted hence i prefer to have mouthwash. Presently i am using the brand 'Listerine'. What about you? Which brand you use?

Listerine has been around for so long its like a permanent thing in this world. I don't usually use a mouthwash because I never suffered from a bad breath but I've done it from time to time just for the sake of a fresh mouth. Its a good idea because you can just eat something that gives you an odour you don't want.

Lander - Always my favorite.
I believe in good dental flossing and trust my Lander Mouth wash. (Do I sound like a model for Lander?)

I currently use Listerine as well. I have the Vanilla Mint in one bathroom and the Regular stuff in another bathroom.

I've found one way to help eradicate bad breath is to brush the back of your tongue when you're brushing your teeth. That's where a good deal of the smell comes from, according to my dentist (though I have to take that with a grain of salt, as she was trying to sell me a "tongue scraper" at the time). However, if that doesn't work, I'll chew some minty gum for a few minutes. And if that fails, then I'll use Listerine.

I also use listerine, I also brush my teeth a lot, I wish my husband would brush his teeth and take care of his teeth because his breath really stinks. He does not seem to know his breath stinks really bad. or maybe he really does not care.
