Do you pray to god daily.This is the one activity keeps me alive.It has got lots of benefits.I reaped the results from it.Do you involve your self in this kind of activity.

yes i do. i try to make it a point to converse with God one way or another-- through prayer, meditation, reading religious-inspirational books, communing with nature, visiting my favorite spiritual place... i find that the benefits far outweigh the effort i put into my spiritual life.
