When does one start to enjoy their golden years?

They say life begins at fourty. Well I had been a very fit person until the age of fourty after that everything went to pieces.I began to have a number of medical problems one after the other. Now at 69 years young I am continuing to fall apart. Oh well , I always have a spring in my step and a song in my heart. Life goes on LOL.
