Both are actually fine for me.Whats good with the digital camera you don't have to buy films anymore. But using the regular camera makes you look like a professional photographer.lol.

Hi my friend, I've had both, an analog camera and a digital camera. I've come to love my digital camera alot more than the analog. I like the fact that I can see the picture I took seconds after I take it. With analog, you had to wait until you developed the film to see if you got the picture or not. I also like the digital more because I don't have to buy film nor pay for developing the photos anymore. That saves alot of money. I do think you can probably get a better photo from an expensive analog but I don't really know. My son's friend just got married and all their photos were digital so I guess if it's good enough for a wedding, it's good enough for most everything! Have a good day, Char

Lucky you.. ;p.. Well digital camera are really good if you need the picture right away or actually you can upload it in your pc.And it really cheap bec. you don't have to buy a roll. When I became an assistant for a wedding ceremony...I find it easy also to use the digital camera but I have both the analog and digital cameras hang on my neck that time and have to take pictures on each camera and we will just pick which picture is the best. Have a good night.Time to sleep already.Has to go to work tomorrow. ;p

I know some enthusiasts who still prefer using analog cameras than digital ones, even though they have both kinds. Others say that digitals are obviously convenient but, if your after taking quality photos, nothing beats analog cameras. Then again, its how one uses the cameras they have which influences the end result of the images being taken.

yep you are right ratyz5..nothing beats the analog camera.I'd love to have analog camera than digital cam...but sad to say I don't have enough budget to buy any of them.hahaha.But since I already experienced using both...I'd still go for analog camera. Thanks for posting ratyz5 ;p

Any hobby one likes needs that certain amount of time, motivation and I'm afraid, money as well.. analog cameras need so much money, they end up being a good business as well, be a photographer or, have your own studio to make things easier..

It is the person behind the camera who should definitely be better.

I'll go for digital camera with manual functionalities. Analogue camera are also better but they can't be edited. Both are good in their case. Analogue camera can take natural and chemical pictures which digital camera can't and digital camera can take beautiful and editable and sharp pictures which analogue camera can't

a film camera is good too. Actually when you want to move up in to professional photography, a pro photographer said to me that learning the characteristics of film can make you better because you can understand better how light moves.

Hi jessej9. ;p Honestly for me I'd go for the analog camera...if I only have enough money to study photography I'll enrol myself and study it.You will learn a lot using analog.I had a chance to use it before in the wedding ceremony I attended.I became one of the apprentice of my friend and we use analog camera and digital cams as well but the analog is still the best bec. you can't fake it.It's actually a talent if you capture a good picture using analog than using digicam which has a lot of settings already to enhance the picture. ;p

I like the digital cameras, because I don't have to get the film developed, and I can easily upload the pictures to the computer and edit them, and then print them out.

That's another fact for digital camera. You can easily print it and edit it.You can remove the zit that you see in the picture.hehehe.Kidding aside for convenience purposes digital camera is the best. But to get the best picture...analog is still number one.Well it's just an opinion though. ;p

i am not really sure to which one is better but i prefer a digital camera. no need for me to buy films and no need for them to be developed before seeing the results. with digital cameras, i can easily transfer them to the computer and download them in some programs. anyway, there are already those really expensive nice digital cameras these days which are used by professional photographers and my boyfriend owns one... a canon D400. really cool! happy myLotting! anne

In my digital cameras are better than analog.as u mentioned digital cam doesnt require films.apart from that digital camera can store photos and can be connected to the computer using suitable software.

That's correct.Actually we can print it right away..you just have to slip the photo paper in the printer and that's it.Unlike in analog you really have to wait for an hour for the pictures to develop.Well regardless it's analog or digital camera if your subject is not good..the picture is useless. ;p Have a nice day.

digital camera is better than analog camera because you don't already need to use film. with digital camera you can take pictures and can see automatically using the lcd of digital camera. you can save it or erase pictures in the memory and can save it to the computer. in the computer you can view the pictures in a large screen. you can even edit the pictures using adobe photoshop. i hope i can buy a new digital camera model with 12 megapixels lens in the next few days.

If you shoot everyday just for fun,use digital camera is good choice. It is cheap because you didn't need to buy films. Also if you want output the picture you can print it out using a high quality printer. If you are professional user, using 6*6,6*7 or more bigger size films. You can get more detail picture than digital camera.:)
