Cardiac arrest!

Hi,
There have so many cases of cardiac arrest of late and unfortunately most of the people been attack do not make it. What do you think should be done to a patient been attacked by cardiac arrest? I want my association to be involved in helping cardiac patients,who can give the approprate training to members?

the best thing that your association should learn is how to perform CPR and how to use AED. this procedures are vital in the resuscitation phase of a sudden cardiac arrest patients. and another thing is early detection that the victim is in cardiac arrest is better and applying what you've learn, like CPR and using AED, as early as possible is even more better. there are higher possibility that the victim could be revive if the aforementioned procedures are done within 4 minutes or less from the time the patient unresponsive and lost consciousness.
