How do you get refferals for oyu PTC sites?

I just wonder how you guys get refferals to you PTC sites i sand likns to my friends to register but most of them think i send them links with viiruses,trojans,spams etc...or they just don't care about 10$ they say me "Go to work if you want to win money!" i know that this my sux bu how do oyu guys get refferals for oyu own sites?

Get yourself a free website, put all your referral banners on it and tell people about it. like this:

Well one way you could do it is by paying people to be your referrals and review all of the sites on your blog/website. this will help attract a lot more referrals. This is what I am trying to do on my blog. check it out if you get a chance.
