Some of us don't stand a chance, especialy if you have a criminal record.Probation is a joke, give them ajob for their probation, so they will be able to pay for their fees that they owe. the probation officers need to stop telling these individuals to get a job, When in actual reality, no one is going to hire them once they do a background check. Seem like to me the system is setting them up just to fail, a go right back to prison. I do admit that we have to take the responsibility for our own actions. But you can still give some of us a chance to do whats right.Take a look around it is to many People out of work, and if a person dosn't have money or a place to sleep, What is there for them to do is steal, kill. We have to have somthing for them to do. Stop Building prsion, and put him or her back to work.Look beyond their faults and look at their needs. job, build their self esteem, and not fasle hope.
