everyone knows about conspiracy theories, why are they so popular?

I don't really have a favorite. I think there have always been conspiracy theories and there will always be. Some might even be based on actual facts. If a lot or a little that's not even important:) I don't know if everyone knows about them because someone realized that the best kept secret is the one that is in plain sight :)

my favorite is 9/11 because of all the holes in the government's story. think about it..how can 3 (ever hear of wtc 7?) steel buildings "collapse" from a fire not hot enough to melt steel? wtc 7 didn't even get hit. explain the traces of thermite in the rubble and also various accounts of people hearing explosions going off. some even tell of explosions going off in the sublevels before the plane even hit the first tower. molten steel reaching temps of 2000 degrees was found even 5 weeks after what i call the demolitions. ever wonder why these things aren't mentioned? watch zeitgeist part II. free versions still exist. those don't offer as much detail as the original (which i was told is banned on the internet), but still enough to hopefully make you think. also, research the north american union and the amero. interesting what the gov't is up to. patriot act 2 (which is now being drafted) will be removing so many of our rights and violating the first and fourth ammendment. you tube has quite a few unheard bush speeches and catches him in some lies. i'm going to end with what the hell is skull and bones up to and why were both kerry and bush members?
