Getting Out Of The "Friend Zone"

How does a girl get of a the "friend zone" with a guy?
There is definate possibility here...we just sort of somehow edged into that dreaded zone.
I think we both want out of it.
How can I fix it without coming out and telling the guy straight up that i have a fatty crush on him?
