After reading and reading and rereading the Bible somewhere in the New Testimate. Looking for a verse where I believe Christs says...In the End times "people will beat their swords to plow shares". Does any one know this verse and where to find it? Does anyone have any idea behind the meaning of the Verse? There is another with it I think, "that everyone will be selling the things". Sincerely David

Hi David The first section you mention is in Isaiah 2:4 and basically it is talking about the peace that there will be after all war ends therefore the swords will become ploughs and spear pruning shears. Hope this helps. Ellie :D

Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruning hooks into spears: let the weak say "I am strong". - Joel 3:10 And also: They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore. Isaiah 2:4 & Micah 4:3 It's basically saying that people will lay down their weapons and convert them to implements of peace, in the Bronze Age way that the Bible does. Which doesn't really tie in with the End Times theme you're looking for I'm afraid, given we're all supposed to be warring and killing each other by then.
