What do you eat for your breakfast?

Do you want to keep shape?Do you want to keep healthy?People often complain that they don't have a good shape,or say that they will shed the weight.then some of them don't have breakfast.even don't have meals.that's awful.breakfast is the most important meal of the three meals.some people don't have breakfask,but have too much for lunch.some people have breakfast but very random.It's not good.Do have a nutrient breakfast is very necessary. I eat a cup of milk,an egg,and a piece of bread.I want to know what do you eat for your breafast?

seldom eat breakfast and have been this way all my life actually. I eat a breakfast type meal just before I go to bed most nights/mornings. usually at like 2 or 3 a.m. as I am a night owl. When I do have breakfast with my wife it's a bowl of oatmeal with honey and fresh fruit in it, a little milk in it as well, a slice of wheat toast and a glass of juice most times. Oatmeal is my regular breakfast, too. I usually will make myself a half-cup's worth of dry oatmeal and mix in something like peanut butter (sometimes also jelly, sometimes chocolate chips, sometimes peanuts...) Oatmeal is supposed to be good for the heart, good for lowering cholesterol, and an all around good source of fiber, too! :)

Breakfast is the important meal we shouldn't skip. But sometimes it's okay for me not to take breakfast. Anyways, a simple fried rice and dried fish (daing) is enough for me and ofcourse hot coffee.

Breakfast is the most important meal of my day and i jump start the day.A healthy breakfast should contain some protein and some fiber,Simply like a hard boiled egg,an orange and a bowl of whole grain cereal(I often eat a bowl steamed green gram) with low fat milk.cheers..

Most of amino acids(Protein)in an egg are found in the white.The yolk is mostly fat.The protein content of a raw or cooked egg is basically the same, no matter how you cook it.Beside,to destroy the bacteria,egg must be cooked,sunny side up or raw eggs carry salmonellosis risk.Hard boiled ,scrambled or poached eggs do not.cheers..

Well i'm from asian country, usually breakfast here are all heavy. Sometimes i'm so feed up to find the lite one. Usually i take tuna sandwich with wholemeal & a cup of coffee or tea plus some fruits

I can't say that skipping breakfast is that bad if you have the same amount of nutrients. If I eat breakfast, I would normally just grab a piece of toast or maybe toaster waffles. ^^ The strawberry flavored eggo waffles are the best pieces of breakfast that I have ever had. Haha.

i eat a small breakfast, a small lunch and a small supper then a small snack before i go to bed at night as well. i try to eat as healthy as i can all the time.

Hi, may be eat so small meal is not good for you healthy, eat a suitable amount of meal and enough nutrients is good for you. As a Chinese, i strongly recommond the Chinese food for you, because Chinese diet is full different kinds of vegetalbes, chicken, fish and mineral elements etc.

most of the time our helper cooks fried rice with a local viand and fried eggs. When I feel like I'm becoming big, I eat bread with peanut butter or jam or cheese. Sometimes I have it with brewed coffee. At times I have it with juice or plain water. Most of the time, my husband and I grab a bite from nearby Starbuck's. There we order coffee and their Tomato Mozarella and Basil Bagel. It really make my day!

Half the time I eat breakfast, half the time I don't and usually it's just whatever I have around the house. Although I am a huge cereal fan. I have a weakness for kid's cereals!

On the morning that I have time, I like to make myself an egg omlette with turkey, peppers, onions and reduced fate swiss cheese. On the morning when I have minimal time it is a good size bowl of all bran cereal!

i agree completely to what you said. we reallly need to have a good breakfast in order to be healthy. i think its very important to be healthy first and then be in shape. so i have a glass of milk/ youghurt alongwith the seasonal fruits. apart from this sometimes i even take a slice of bread of sandwich as my breakfast.

n the morning if i'm in a real hurry to get to work and i don't eat but after 1-2 hours i have to eat ,or my body starts to send me signals. I think the best way to stay in shape is not by not eating , some exercises and a little attention on what you eat is more efficent. Well at least this is what i do

Hi. I'm not that crazy about it, but I usually eat a bowl of instant oatmeal. (Different flavors). A glass of orange juice. My other breakfasts include: Boiled eggs, whole wheat toast, cold cereal, and sometimes a piece of bacon. Recently, I had a tooth pulled and had to subsist on what was basically a liquid and jello diet. I found out that I could easily deal with much fewer calories and I had been used too. So now after a decent breakfast (most important meal of the day) I let lunch and snacks, and thirst quenching consist of a variety of liquids such as: Low-sodium tomato juice, orange juice (appropriate vitamin needed added), milk, lemonade, ice tea of regular green tea, and of course, plenty of water.

Breakfast is the most important food for our whole day activities. If do not take breakfast, wouldn't help in shaping our body, vice versa may damage the body shape. Actually the breakfast have to be the best, but normally I just take it simple. I will take a cup of tea or milo, or coffee. Food, I may take bread, toast, mee, nasi lemak, puffs, biscuits... When I feel bored eating certain food, I wil change another food

When I was in school I never used to eat breakfast when I was watching weight , and what a dumb thing I did . Now I must always eat 3 meals and a healthy snack . Usually , I will have special kay red berry with a wheat english muffin , or an egg and wheat toast . Sure, sometimes on a sunday I will make all the no no 's , but it is okay to treat once in awhile.

I'll give the weirdest answer.. I can't eat breakfast since a few years back if I do than I puke, can't eat anything before about 12. No eating problems though I am overweight just can't handle eating when I'm just awake in the morning :(

I usually have cereal with milk every day but occasionally I'll treat my self to an over easy egg with some bread.
