I have a verified paypal account without any funds in it rightnow. I wish to buy some script using my paypal. My friend says that a person with a verified paypal account can buy anything even if there is no funds available and paypal will give debit the amount spent to my account which i'm expected to later. How far this is true let me know pls?

Yes it can be true. Example, you have subscribe to site for a 7 days trial period. Paypal will notify you via email regarding your subscription. They will inform you that if you don't have enough funds on your account, paypal will charge the amount of your subscription to your credit card with your authorization. Hope it helps. Good Luck.

I suggest you try it friend. That is the only way you can prove that it is working. So, give it a go. Good luck.

If your account is verified and has a bank account or credit card on file, paypal will debt what you spend out of your bank account or credit card, which ever you have on file. If you don't have anything like that, then I don't believe you can make purchases if you don't have anything in your paypal account.

I have no idea about this my friends, because without any hold, who will allow you to buy the products.?? Since the paypal is having your Credit Card, details, they may allow you to buy the products.. there may be some stipulated period to repay the amount, (Like the Credit Card Transactions) else, the same has been recovered from your Credit Card account, with the interest, and surcharges what ever is the legal Fees and charges.. Actullay whether the Paypal has given any special previlage to their members.. but the above said procedure is the common for all the accounts: -- even we cannot withdraw any money from our account, if we don't have a enough money at our account.. -- We cannot but the products more than the credit limit alloted to us.. (Most of the credit cards allow you to buy to the maximum of 10% of your credit limit, over and above your credit limit)
