Bidtizer or Adsense?

I recently signed up in blogger, then placed some banners of sites Im promoting then in less than a week I learned from a discussion here that its against adsense rule to put PTCs or such so I immediately removed the adsense. Now I want to use bidvertizer but I need some input from those currently using it. I read that you can use it as affiliate program, ca I use the affiliate program only or do I have to use the bidvertizer as well... also I need to know if they allow banners of PTC in the site Im applying for. I need all the information I can get if youre currently using bidvertizer-thanks!
