Stars adopting kids around the world

Stars like Angelina Jolie, Madonna are adopting kids around the world. I don't know but it's more like a show off... I mean they can adopt dozen of kids if they want, it's not like they are going to change their nappies when they poop or so... Hanging kids on your waist on showing off to paparazzi is not called parenting. They've got nannies to look after the kids and wipe their bums... What do you think???

I think the idea of stars adopting kids from around the world is nothing but a fad to them like tiny purse poodles or wearing too many rings. Let's do something to change life for the poor, let's bring them into our home and let them enjoy a real life! Can you imagine one day your in Africa and the next you're lounging around a Hollywood pool? Sad these stars don't do something real like give cash to local charities instead of playing games with children's lives.

I guess you are right...i mean there is no need to adopt a kid and show it off to the media. There are many stars who do contribute to the ducation and welfare of kids around the world without having to adopt and show them off like showing off your new shoes, jewelry or so... I think they adopt so many kids just to get a little relief from taxes...

I would not like to be judgemental as to why the stars do it. However the idea of adopting kids especially from orphanages, socially weak bacgrounds..., is a noble one. It is a difficult decision for most. There are other ways of contributing , for ex. financial contibutions towards the upbringing of orphaned children which a lot of people do.
