Officer's Identification in a company, which one is better?

Company's now a days have their own style how do they recognize their officer's or superior.
Others have a print on the sleeves, others have color coded ID's, others wore different uniforms.
What you think is the best approach to differentiate officer's from staff in your own opinion and why?

I think the color coded ID badges work the best. Thats what we use in our hospital everyone has name badge and is color coded. It has a picture of you on it, where u work and you're name. I think their the best way 2 go.
