Early riser ?

Early to bed and early to rise is a good habit.Early risers have many advantages,in early hours of the morning our minds are fresh and the environment is clean,less distractions and noise.So one can concentrate on studies and do more work.In fact a good amount of work can be completed before others even get out of bed.Are you an early riser ?

Yes, I wake up almost every day at about 7AM. But I never go to bed earlyer... But I don't really need that much sleep, I do like to have a easy lay in though... there's no need to ALWAYS get up early - Gotta have the luxaries in life! =)

Yes, I have promised to myself than I will keep being an early riser and will never allow the unwanted evening activities to keep me from going to bed early so that I will be able to rise up early as well. I never want the sun rays to wake me up. I prefer to wake up while it is still darker because it has tons of benefits to me and I would like to share some: 1. It gives me the opportunity to a morning communion with God and that includes praising and thanking Him for blessings in my life. I gives me a time of solitude and quiet moment all for myself and with God. It’s my favorite time of day. I truly enjoy that time of peace, that time to talk to God. 2) It give me the opportunity to see the beautiful Sunrise. People who wake late miss one of the greatest scene only nature can give. I love how the day slowly gets brighter, when the midnight blue turns to lighter blue, when the brilliant colors start to seep into the sky, when nature is painted in incredible colors and say to myself "What a wonderful day!" 3) I can enjoy my Breakfast. Rise late and you cram and rush and no time for breakfast or either you really miss the time for breakfast because you wake up at lunch time. Since I'm an early riser I do not miss one of the most important meals of the day and I do not have to rush. So I really do enjoy my every breakfast. 4) I can do my morning exercise and can maintain my health in the process. 5) I can be more productive because with waking early I have made my day longer and therefore could accomplish more things. In the morning, there are less distractions, and so muchs more done by starting on my work in the morning. Those are just few but there are a lot more. So let us be an early riser altogether.

yes it does feel good when you get up early but it realy is hard sometimes especially when it is cold, I must be honest I am better than I used to be and do manage to get up a little earlier than I used to...

I love to get up early. It is my time to really concentrate on what I want and just knock it out. During the school year I will get up at 4 or 4:30 and work on the computer. There will be no time in the evening. Working out is so much easier for me in the morning, too. And you really can't enjoy the sunrise without a cup of coffee and no one around to bother you!

Wow that's great.Now that's a life.I am an early riser too but i didn't enjoy the sunrise.I should try it too.thanx for the respond.cheers..

I love to wake up early in the morning but I can't just really do it. I have a slight insomnia that's why I can't sleep early. If I have time will try to go to the doctor to see this disorder. I really hate waking up late cause I can't maximize my day.

Start slowly,by waking just 15 to 30 minutes earlier than usual.Get used to this few days.Then cut back another 15 minutes.Do this gradually until you get your goal time. Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise. cheers..
