Do you get irritated by people when they purposely involve in your work?

There are many peoepl in this world who irritates us sometimes and soem do it purposely and some unknowingly isn't it? can you bear these kingd of people and how do you handle these kind of people around? i sometimes get too irritated and totally confused in handling these kind of people around

Most of the time, I just give them the benefit of the doubt and let them help instead of interfere. I usually get their opinions and compare it to mine. 
Most of the time it turns out well.
However, I did encounter one who is almost always putting his nose on a lot of thing. Even things that he isn't suppose to deal with. If he disturbs my team, I would just calmly ask him to leave for a while. One time I had the guards pull out someone. 
I really hate it when it disrupts work. take care.
