Is this just a southern thing?......

Okay im from the north but now i live in the south. One things ive noticed down here,that doesnt really happen in the north were im from is people store things in their front yard,even on their front porch... youve got junk cars, to couches on the front porch, A guy who lives down the road for me. has a mail box that is a car engine a full tooken out of a car,enginge LMAO.. things like this.. is this only a south thing??..

I am a life time Southerner and I have nothing in my front yard but trees, plants, and statuary. I think it is a matter of the neighborhood.

no clue since im a southern thing.. i do know that in TN i have seen A LOT of that kind of thing and dont remember seeing much in FL so maybe its just certain states or just a certain population that gather in certain areas or something??
