I trained in abroad for six months, on this training I learned and realized how really important our job was. Since we are on nuclear power plant engineering, many people are counting on us for their everyday lives. Energy is one of the necessity in producing foods, electricity and etc. If we don't do our best in job, many people will suffer. That keeps me motivated. Another one is the salary. Lolz. Friends, what keeps you continue your work?

Maybe you are not enjoying your work my friend. Actually that's the first thing we should keep in mind. "Enjoy your work." I'm also expecting some people here can share their way to keep their passion at work. Let's just wait. =)

It really happens often especially if you've been working for a while. Some times we will lose our drive to work and start to feel bored and lazy. Yeah, the salary's sort of a given. But when I start to feel down at work, I just go back and ask myself, why am I working? I would begin by thinking who am I doing it for. Is it for me? or for my family? for my future family? There may be more specific reasons for each of us depending on our experience. I just take the chance to reflect. Life isn't always easy. But I can always be happy.

Yes, we have different reason that keeps us going either for ourself or to the people around us. What more important is we helped them in order to survive.
