eat lots of junk food and fast food and work out in the gym to increase body mass and bigger muscle.

You eat healthy foods. The appetite goes by eating, so eat often. And do some exercise.

actually eating often will make you loose weight. I am hypoglicemic and I have to eat at least six times a day. Healthy food s of course and I ended up loosing weight. It makes you body worker harder. And trust me I know that it is not just me because my mother in law just asked her doctor how to best to loose weight and he told her to eat six meals a day.

That's easy. You can eat healthy foods but unlike people loosing weight, you can eat more carbo like rice, pasta, etc. Also, you can eat more sweets than those who are conscious of what they eat. you can also exercise and ask for a program that can help you increase weight.

This is interesting... most people have problems reducing the weight, but you want to increase it?? Well eat more candies, chocolate, and just stay at home in front of the TV and eat. Just look out you might get too fat like that. I was overweighted because I wasn't doing any excercises when I broke my leg and I am still trying to lose my extra pounds. Good luck with increasing your weight anyway...

Hi friend, I am surprised to see your discussion.Now a days everyone are trying to make themselves slim.But you are asking in a reverse direction.I think it is pretty easy to get fatter than being slim.Just eat 2-5 pizza's daily.Thats all within a week or two you become fatter. Have a nice day.

You got to eat alot of protein, like chicken, tuna, fish, eggs, cottage cheese. Mix in fruits and veggies and for a good late night snack that wont pack on the lbs. try low fat jello. It is filling, doesn't taste to bad and the whole box is like 40 calories and you wont come close to eating that in one sitting. Might go to like a gnc and get some protein and make shakes, those are pretty good to. You want to work up to eating about 6 times a day. snack lunch snack dinner snack try that, hope it helps

I think its very easy to increase you weight..Do alot of eating any kind of food mainly junk foods, dont go for any walk, keep on sitting at home, dont do any excercise..just eat and eat and eat..

add honey in the milk (warm) and take it in breakfasts.. it will surely help.. milk wid bananas also serve the same purpose...

If followed correctly with discipline & hard work, you should be able to put on a good weight gain of about 20lbs in short order. Let's get to it. Gain Weight Step 1 - eating Eating is the first and most important factor that is needed to gain weight. It's simple - you need to eat more calories than you burn. This does not mean eating anything and everything that is not nailed down. Carefully plan your meals with foods that will help you gain lean mass, not fat. I suggest 6 meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and three other small meals scheduled throughout the day. The goal is to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours. Focus on foods such as steak, chicken, fruit, milk, vegetables, cheese and assorted types of nuts. It's recommended to eat 4 - 6 pieces of fresh fruit a day, and at least four tall glasses of milk. Milk is a great, cheap protein source - take advantage of it. A sample snack meal would be a glass of milk, an apple, and a hand full of peanuts. Take time to lay out a meal plan. What you eat is the most important ingredient in a successful weight gain program. Gain Weight Step 2 - lifting As stated, proper eating is of utmost importance when attempting to gain weight, but if you do not lift weights, the majority of that gained weight will be fat - not muscle. When trying to gain weight, I suggest working out three times a week. You need to lift hard and then recover for the next workout. Gain Weight Step 3 - supplements To gain weight, you do not NEED supplements, but they will help you gain the weight quicker. That's what they are, supplements to an already good diet and training program. Think of supplements as the finishing touch.

Muscle weighs more than fat, so I might say to do some mild weight lifting (free weights at home) and then work up from there. You do not want to gain fat weight, although everyone shoud have some fat-up to 19 percent or so, the be healthy. Ask a nutritionist and they'll make sure you do it the right way and so that you stay healthy! Doctors don't take courses in nutrition, so they can't help much? but if you feel you are too thin, ask a nutritionist and they'll get you going in the right direction!

Hi, Protein shakes are good and just eating a high protein diet. I know someone who is trying to gain weight and body build. They increased their protein alot.

One of the best ways I have found to gain weight is to lift it! Since muscle weighs much more than fat, and is much more healthy, I began lifting weights and running, and it didn't take long for me to begin eating and drinking more beside. With the increase in calories, and the increase in physical activity I began gaining weight. It is very important to eat enough to replenish what you burn.
