How Do You Shut Up The Loud Neighbors?

That is horrible miraclefreebies, First thing I will do is to complain to the landlord to discipline and talk to their lodgers, If this won't help, I will personally see these people and talk to them calmly if they can lower down the volume of their music since my family needs to rest and all my reasons...I know some will be mad but I will try to be calm..About the fireworks thing, I will be calling a cop to confront those people! I can imagine how hard to have an environment like that! I wish they are all open-minded and you will attain silence soon!

Have you spoken to your landlord about it? He/she would probably call them direct and tell them that they are disturbing other tenants with all the noise. If that doesn't work, you could call police and ask them to handle it. I wouldn't confront the ones that fight a lot because if they are that disrespectful to eachother, then it's not worth the aggravation.

I would walk to their house and introduce myself if you already dont know them and tell them that you are really tired would like to sleep but cant because you someone at their house is making a lot of noise. Be nice and if they are being rude to you and say they are not making the noise then you might want to make you way to the owner or super of the building and tell them that your neighbours are making noice. Thats what I would do.
