How forgetful are you?

I know that I'm a pretty absent minded person, and I'm just wondering if there are any fellow forgetful people out here in the Internet. How forgetful are you guys? What caliber of events or things do you forget (as in your child's birthday or things as simple as what chore you were supposed to do next), and how often do you forget these things?

i am a female and learned as a teenager i needed to write things down. notes keep me afloat. and the funny thing is that people tell me i have a good memory. i tell them my brain is on paper. some movies have a scene with post-its all over. so i'm not the only one. to remember birthdays write them on the calendar the day of the birthday. when you need to send a card off write it on the date you need to send it. write your appointments on the calendar too. it makes all the difference. it frees up your mind and you are organizes.
