It seems that now, most people are at some point sleep deprived, which leads too many health and pshychological problems. So I'm curious if there is any link between sleep deprivation and eating disorders, particularly in teens who are often the most sleep deprived and the age group where eating disorders are most prevalent.I am very aware of the many other reasons for development of anorexia so please no responses in regard to that.I am solely interested in whether or not lack of sleep is connected.Sources would be very helpful.

yes there is, if you are lacking of sleeping hours surely you will lack energy during day time and one more thing your body metabolism will alter and for sure your body will compensate and if the condition will not be unresolved for sure you'll develop a illness and more complication as a consequence of unhealthy practices and habits!!! i hope i answer your question clearly my friend, take care of your health!!!!
