I made a big mistake

My god, the DHL company called me this morning,they said i wrote two addresses on the express paper, and they sent the pakage to one of the addresses(the wrong one). I just copy the address from ex-colleague's notebook. I can't distinguish the Italy area like my local place, that's to say, i just wrote the address like before and don't know these words contains two addresses. What's worse, the DHL company said once the pakage have sent to the destination, they won't transfer it again and this will cause fees. I mail to my client to explain this, but i haven't received their reply. I think that they may angry with me. I got a bad mood today.

DHL should be responsibly for this ,at less part of it . why your address shows 2 different places but they not call you for clear ? why they not send the parcel to the one who the name you write ,they just give it to another guy ! another thing i wonder is who pay the express charge ?you or client ?

my city is small but the express company can do their job well ,normally they will give me a call before sent the parcel to me ,checking my phone number and address ,so the DHL could forget to do the 2 steps when they sent things ,this is bad service ! you must complain to their head leader !

Hi,jose, thank you for your comment. You remind me that they didn't give me a call when they found two addresses,they must be responsible for this. The express fee are paied by my client. I am so worried that i haven't received my client's reply.

first ,you should keep reason the DHL to fetch the parcel they wrong-express . second, you might take the worst planning ,if DHL not do what you want ,resend another sample is necessary.
