How do you attract people come to your blog

Hi all, i use wordpress blog and recently only a few people visited my blog about 20 unique visitor per day. Before i started using wordpress, i use blogger and blogger easily get indexed by search engine and help blog maintain unique visitor. Last 3 month, my blog can reach about 150 - 250 unique visitor per day. I don't know what is the problem, I post and write like always i do and maybe some of you have advice or facing same problem like me. You can share it here.

Hello there, visitors come to my blog because of my web layouts. I can say that its very unique and most of my visitors really impressed with my graphic skills. I got 104 unique hits this afternoon. But sometimes I've got 250+ unique hits and 1000+ hits per day.

O yeah... is it true?
you got a lot of visitor, if they like your design maybe they will alwayz return to your blog. To tell you the truth i use free template..ehehe.. maybe you will find other people blog same with my template.. I wanna create it but didn't have much time. Can show me your blog? wanna visit it :P
