I know that I have Arthritis, which really bites at my age. But I do my best to cope with it. One of the suggestions in this article is doing "Range Of Motion," exercises. I have been doing these for many years and they help a lot. Check out the other things that help and tell me what has worked for you in the past. http://www.everydayhealth.com/publicsite/news/view.aspx?id=617166&cen=--ALL--&pd=07/09/2008&xid=nl_EverydayHealthWomensHealth_20080710

I go to a chiropractor every so often. I just go when I hurt, though. I just found out today that I don't have rheumatoid arthritis, just the normal wear and tear of aging. This was good news to me. I guess we all hurt, though. I also take Ibuprofen when I need it. I have done range of motion exercises and they help me, too. I try to stay in shape by exercising all the time, anyway. Happy mylotting! Kathy.
