Help to select a laptop.....

I am a student doing b.tech and i would like to buy a laptop with in the budget of Rs25000 to Rs30000 . Which one do you prefer as the best model with in the price limit for my basic needs like surfing net and making presentations.

Buddy buy a HCL laptop. A centrino will cost you somewhere between 25K and 30K which is your budget.
I bought one two years back and used it for one year. Now my brother who is doing his MBA is using the same for last one year and says that it is a good piece.

can you please specify the model number of the laptop you were having. it will be helpful for me to compare it with other ones.

my b/f has an Acer laptop Aspire 5315 series. He likes it a lot too. but, here recently it's been giving him some problems, but, I think he's got it fixed now. Acer is a good brand name computer. and i even like it.
they don't cost that much neither. :D
