Omega-3s is an effective as prescription medication at easing arthritis related joint pain,but may also prevent it.Flaxseed,walnut and canola oil contains high levels of omega-3s.
Eating fish is the simplest way to get what you need, fish are the richest dietary sources of omega-3s.However salmon is the best source followed by herrings and sardines.
But, the type of omega-3s in plants sources is less effective than those found in fish because our body must convert plant sources.

Thanks, for sharing this . I have a problem with rheumatoid arthirits and will try this. I did go on a course a few years ago of supplement derived from Shark fin, however it did not seem to help.
