How often you eat instant noodle

Instant noodle..from the name we now fast cook,easy to be cook.In my country,instant noodle is a must for every student in University.When busy,we just eat instant noodle.One day 3 meals with instant noodle is nothing new for me.SO how often you eat instant noodle?

Hi there!
I suggest that you should not eat instant noodles everyday. Its bad for the health because of the preservatives it contains. Especially the MSG ingredient. If you're going to eat instant noodles try eating it under schedule. Eat with 3 days gap before eating again. Also drink pure pineapple juice so as to flush out the toxins it contains.
