Ok time for recipes for summer squash. I'll start with a simple hint, use your food processor to shred the stuff. Great for cakes, bread and to use in salads. Your turn

I don't really care for squash. I will eat zucchini in bread, but that is about it. I love zucchini bread.

There are 2 ways that my family like summer squash beside in bread, I take and slice them up to put into a vegetable salad with other salad fixings. Then I will slice them and slice some onions and sautée them with some butter and some fresh ground pepper. They go very fast around here.

I love Zucchini... Zucchini, yellow squash, onion, and stewed Italian tomatoes. Add some garlic and fresh bread to dip, yummy! Too bad my family hates it cause it's hard to make for just myself.
