What will i do with my eyes?

I love to read but mostly my eyes are not in good condition. What will i do?

What kind of not in good condition do u mean? Do u have any problem/illness with your eyes? if you got problem than i suggest u go to see an eye specialist doctor, so they can take care for your eyes, so ur eyes can back to be in good condition :)

wow..9-10 hours on the internet..that's long and i think u'll need to rest ur eyes for a while, if u're sewing a lot & read book on evening, just make sure u get enough lighting, that way will help your eyes won't have to work hard to see clearly because lack of lighting :)

I think it's because i sew too much, taking time on the internet for 9 or 10 hours. Reading books every evening. I will take your advice

have you considered getting books on tape? there are tons in our local library and while you might not get all your favourite authors, you will get quite a few.

Have better light, stay in a oxigened place with ventilation, feel comfortable, do not expose yourself to things wich can distract you.
