It is true. I lost the other pair. I only have one now. Obviously, I can't use the other one. I would hurt my eyes if I do so. I am not sure how I lost it but the last thing I remembered that it was almost 1am and I wore off the lenses and put to the container. I didn't realize that the other lens was not put properly. This morning while hurrying up, I was shocked when I opened the container and saw that the other lens is missing. I was a bit pissed but I had no time to search it and I think it was washed away or swepy away, in short, gone forever. Thankfully I had my pair of glasses to wear. With a grade of negative 250 for both eyes, I can't stand not to have eyewears. Everythin becomes so unclear. My friends told me that they are no longer used to seeing me with glasses. I said, so do I. I am not very much comfortable wearing these glasses. I prefer wearing contacts. Maybe I just don't want to look like a genius or what. And one thing, glasses are not really comfortable to wear than the oontacts. I hope I can buy one soon. No budget yet though.

Hi, i also got a couple of time losing my contact lenses. For once i lost one of it at the swimming pool, it's already late, and the bad news is i have to drive home alone since my friends also bring their own car. I lost my rigth contacts and it's minus 4. So i guess u can imagine how blurry it was and i still have to drive at nigth only with 1 contact which it still makes me hardly to see the road clearly, but thank God i still can get home safely :D Lately i've stop using my contacts since i got some problem with my eyes which easily getting iritated if using contacts for a long time. So i decide to use glasses again, at first i feel uncomfortable after it's been a long time since i use my glasses daily, i feel i cant move freely as if i use my contacts. but after a while i already get use to it again. i thinks it's better to use glasses that contacts, even though sometimes it makes us cant move freely as if we're using contacts, but with glasses i don't find any iritation problem with my eyes again :)

Hi poshboy, Yeah i agree at some points. I am glad you made it home without the other lens. It is too difficult without an eye wear if you have eyes with that grade. At times, I feel that using glasses are more practical especially when I do my stuff here infront of the PC or when I have to go out with my friends and have an overnight or go to some beach. I can't easily wear off my contacts because there's so many things to do before you remove it. And more careful and more things to buy like solutions. But I still prefer contacts especially now that I am in school. I don't feel looking like a genius.

about genius looks i think u can use a fancy or in trend glasses for the moment, so u won't look like a nerd :) i once have a round frame glasses, just when the harry potter first movie played, since my eyes got problem with the contacts, so i just used to it to college (i never used my glasses at all before in college), so when my friends see i'm wearing glasses and the shape was just the same as harry potter has, than they called me harry potter LOL

Hi lloydbelleza. I agree with you that contact lens are more confortable than glasses. Glasses hurt the nose and behind the ears and become dimed many times. I use contact lens too and I never change it for glasses still more that contact lens make us look better LOL. I hope you can get a new pair soon. Cheers and have a nice day.

Yeah. Contact lenses help us look normal. I mean, it's not obvious and not like eyeglasses which look like an ornament in our eyes. I agree with the nose and ears and even the eyes themselves. I can see clearer with contact lenses on.

I used to wear contacts all of the time, but then I ripped one of mine and could not wear them anymore. I started to wear glasses after that and I have never gotten my contacts replaced. I sometimes miss having my contacts, but for the most part I am ok with glasses.

I had a same experience with my first pair of contact lenses. I ripped the other one. I don't know I keep on losing or destroying the other one. I am wondering now if the eye center allows a purchase of one lens only. I want to replace my lens soon. My glasses are really old and not in very good condition. And I am not used anymore in wiping the lenses every now and then.
