My office area. / myLot

office - my office before I put in my computer

I just moved one month ago and when I moved I took some pictures before I put things away. Here is a picture of my office area. It is right by my TV area and it is great because I can watch TV while I am working on the computer. Do you have a speciafic place in your home that you work on your computer? IS it by your TV or do you not want to watch TV while you are on the computer? I especially like to watch TV when I am clicking emails that I get paid for, since it can be quite boring. But when I am in mylot I don't like to watch TV because then I can't concentrate on what I am doing. So where do you do your computer work? Do you watch TV while working on the computer? And do you watch TV while in mylot?

I have a laptop, so I do all my work everywhere. I sit in front of the TV sometimes unless I have to transcription work the I need quite and I go into my room and shut the door. But when I am on mylot and I pretty much all over the house. I have even made dinner while on mylot. I do wish that I had a office to do my work though.

I used to always want a laptop but now that I have used one, one of my friends, I don't want one anymore. I didn't like it for doing mylotting or for reading my emails for money. I found it just way too hard to use. I don't like not having a mouse and having to navigate around with the little finger pad. I know you can get a mouse for it, but then that would defeat the purpose of having a laptop, sort of.

Hi chrislotz, We don't have any office in the house but our computer is in a separate room without any TV...I can't concentrate when the TV is on and when I am bored also and need to unwind..I just open at you tube and search for any videos or listen to music there! I have only one site, so, I am spending all my vacant time doing mylot!
