potty training

how do i potty train a 33 month old little girl? I need to know the easiest way because i have no patience.

Something that helped a lot with my youngest was the Pampers Feel and Learn pull ups. These allow the child to feel wet, but without the mess of underwear. I used them for about a month and he was potty trained almost on his own. He was about 24 months old. Of course, I think having older siblings helped him too.
