I guess I'll get used to it, as we have with the others. I do miss have my avatar on the side and always have my earning showing there to. I do wish that that was still on the page some where. With the longer boxes our responses and discussions will have to be longer to get the 3 to 4 lines too. I'll have to start thinking harder of what to put in my posts and responses to keep up my earnings now. It will be a challenge. And maybe that is good.

Yes I know that there isn't a hard and fast rule about how many line we post in a response but I know that I make more with a 43&4 line response than I did with say 2 lines. I did find my earnings too but miss the number of responses that I have mad. I do see them in my responses but miss seeing them at the side.

Our money is at the top now. It took me a while to find that. I miss my picture too. As far as the 3-4 lines is that documented as the rule of thumb. I asked the admins before and they did not say that.

You only started a few days ago! But seriously I have been using it for awhile now and I think it is better. I think it is more organized and easier to read with this layout. I like the tabs on the top for better organization. And I like how big the box is now. It is much easier for me to read what I have typed now. It has a more open look and feel to it

It is really differnet. I was used to the old layout but eventually i will get used to this one I guess. You definitely have to do alot more typing to get your four lines in. That is going to be an issue, but you have to do what you have to do I guess. That's life que sera, sera.

More to get four lines in. has anyone confrimed that with the admins. I was under the impression that was an assumption. When I talked to the admins they said that the process they use was proprietary and that they would not disclose that information. I do know that when i post 4 sentences I seem to get more, but not sure about the 4 lines rule.

Well..I like the new layout. I'm not a mylot veteran, so I wasn't all that thrilled with the old layout. It just looks a lot cleaner and easier to navigate with everything located at the top.

you are right. I does seem to be easier to navigate. For you, being new (Welcome by the way) it should be an easy transition.

It's going to take some getting used to, that's for sure! I've only been here two weeks, so I was just getting comfortable with the old layout. However, this one doesn't seem too bad yet. I like the tabs for the new and recent topics at the top.

Like I said in another comment. I will miss my picture in the upper left hand corner. No I'm not vain, just a creature of habit. :)

hahaha snap.. i did the same.. did discussion about changes to mylot lool
i am not sure actually, i am getting frustrated here trying to find my way around it grrrr Maybe worse for people that been here longer i dont know.. but taken most my time to get used to old mylot and now i have to get used to this lol..
I also said in my discussion that i suppose i will get used to it. so we were thinking the same haha..

It IS user friendly! It's fast and with the box so HUGE now it's much easier and quicker. I love it this way

I actually like the old layout better. This one is going to take some time to get used to. Everything is so big. You have to type alot more to get 4 lines of sentences in your reponses and discussions now. I might eventually get used to it but it is going to take some time.

I like it better this way actually. It looks more organized to me. I'm the kind of person who rearranges the furniture every month too so ... LOL my family sometimes trip over things though because they aren't use to the new configuration. I guess I like change ... it depends on your preferences.

I think it pretty much looks the same except everything is just moved around. I can navigate a little better but not much. They need to add some color, not just a white background.

I agree the color scheme is a little "Prescript". Looks like an old site. I miss not seeing my picture in the upper left corner :)
