Dreaming about your teeth falling out

I often dream that my teeth are loose or are going to fall out. I have read that this could mean a change is about to occur in your life but I think it is literally that I have a fear that my teeth will one day fall out (as I do fear this). Does anyone else have these dreams and what do you think they mean?

we have superstitious belief that if one of your teeth falls out, one of your family member will die so what you have to do when you wake up is bite on a live tree so it will not come true.
