What are some good chicken recipes?

I am looking for some really good chicken recipes that are simple and easy to make. I am not looking for anything gourmet and alot of my recipe books have recipes that are not family friendly. My kids love chicken and I love cooking a really good chicken dinner. I really would like some new ideas so if anyone has one that your whole family enjoys then I would love to have the recipe.

Heres one that I gat from another member. I don't know if he is posting here any more because I haven't seen him for some time. You take what ever flavored potato chips your family like and crush them up really fine. Dip you chicken in a whipped egg then into the chips. Don't put any oil in the pan because the chips will provide the oil unless you use baked ones. I tried this with BBQ jalopeno chips and my family really went for it. Something else that I do is cook my chicken real slow covered with undiluted cream of mushroom soup. Then I serve it over brown rice. The kids like that pretty well to and it's real simple.
