WalMart vs. Kroger

Ok I thought walmart was suppost to have the lowest prices. I went to wal mart and Ive seen several items such as sausage and taquitos that are like five bucks and at kroger they are almost three dollars? Whats up with this? WalMart is suppost to have the lowest prices and blah blah blah. Hmm
