when getting angry? If you are one, why do so? What do you think are other ways of showing anger?

Since my eldest started to become a little difficult to handle these days, i don't grind my teeth but I clench my fists and shakes my head in despair..But i dont show it or else he will think that he has won the battle. I go someplace where he can't see me and do that. It's better this way that show my anger by spanking or beating him..I don't like that. i'd rather, my feelings and hands hurt that lay a hand on my kids...

yes i do get angry sometimes while some people are really fond of making me but most of the people are really annoying and they feel happy when they make other people angry i simply just give bad words to the person not really by speaking in fromt of them but speaking in my own inner voice that how annoying this person is but i do not grind my teeth but that used to be my habit in my childhood days but time has replaced that thing !

Yes! i do grind my teeth... but not when i get angry... sitting in front of the computer i don't have any work with my mouth.. so grinding my teeth became a habit for me.. I want to get rid of it.. but cant help... i cant find any way out of it.. My mom continuously reminds me to stop grinding..

I don't grind my teeth. That hurts me. But when I am angry, it shows well on my face and derogatory words start flowing out.

I do, as it is a less painful alternative to biting my tongue or chewing my lip when I am holding back my anger. Some people just tend to make me so angry, and I just want to inform them of how others are seeing their actions. Those are the same people who roll their eyes and shake their heads and walk away, and complain about the people who act just like them. My sister is one of the people who aggravates me quite a bit, both her and her friends. I am always grinding my teeth in frustration and anger when they are around.

Thank you for best response. While I am in this discussion, and we're on the subject, I caught myself grinding my teeth today, when my sister threw water on me.

When I am angry I don't grit my teeth. Instead, I have a horrible glare. Also, I quite frequently end up clenching my fists. If I am really angry, sometimes I start crying out of frustration, but this is really embarrassing so I try to keep myself from doing that.
