moneybookers could not find my bank, why?

i'm trying to add my bank swift code and the moneybookers "replied they could not find my bank, please check with your bank". i ask this swift code from my bank and this is the one they gave and i check on the net that my bank is is a member of this thing swift bank code thing, then what could be the problem, i want this thing resolve because soon i wanted to get my earnings, pls help me out with this. thanks
