I cannot say that I have seen people squatting over the toilets like that as I do not want to get into trouble with the law. I can imagine that happening though. And yes people, both men and women should clean up if we dirty something or at least let someone in charge know that there needs to have a cleanup done. Being a man I do not have as much trouble as women do and I try to time my other movement to when I am at home so that my bare bottom does not have to sit in someone else's dirt even if I clean it up first).

That's really gross! A person should definitely clean up after themselves in such cases. I'm a germ freak so I don't use public restrooms unless it's an absolute emergency. I can't stay in stores so long anyway that I would need one. My daughter would freak out and make me buy an entire isle of toys! She ain't going anywhere near a Walmart anytime soon!

Hi lily, I agree about that and what is the bad thing is that, they can just afford to leave their mess...So immature! When I will be using public toilet, I am paranoid placing toilet paper all over the bowl and i will use those to wipe before I leave! But, if the place is very dirty, and I can handle to control myself, I will prefer to wait and control!

Oh yeah I notice that. that is why I load up on those toilet seat covers. Oh call me a waster but I would rather not catch anything. For those that do that please wipe it down after you have spritzed all over the seat. Thank you
