Are You Joining this Summer Reward-a-thorn Program?

I gave up on Helium for awhile because now it requires people to rate which I don't really have time to do so these days. Then, this morning, I got this Summer Reward-a-thorn program from Helium. I joined last time and was quite happy about (didn't write very hard but rated very hard). I am thinking of joining this again and seriously spare some time each day for it. I like that it has tons of new titles under each categories so that we could write on the titles we are good at. What about you? Since this time, I know about this earlier, I plan to write and rate like crazy to get the most out of the program. If you are joining, what would be your goal?

I'm trying my hardest. I posted 11 article so far and I seem to be on a roll. I'm starting with categories that I don't mind writing about. Eventually I will make my way into things that I need to do strict research with. You should go back to Helium, especially if you have at least one star.

Yes I have two writing stars and I think I need to seriously spare some time there. But I just thought of a project which I want to spend some time on. But I will go back!

I intend of participating in this item. Last time was great and did really well. I went like a crazy madman and was writing like a machine. I said I would do something like that again and I will. I just need to find the right subjects that would work best. Mostly it'd be outside my strength but that's fine. It could use a bit of variety and really pulling out quality material. All I have to do is get a 5th star to make the earnings higher. My goal for this is to do just as well if not better than the last time. I almost got to $1,000 and I think I can do that. I want to make as much as possible. If I can get to over a $1,000, that would be great and would be nice. Maybe along the way reach payouts on a higher basis. It would require a lot of writing but it'd be worth it. I need to make as much as possible.

Thanks. I know I'll have to write over 330 to acheive this assuming that I can get the 5 star writing rank. That's going to be very difficult but I know it can be done. I'm going to do it somehow. Just need to find the right subjects and go from there. The research can be done and also so can everything else. I may end up going on a day of writing them and then submitting once a week as many as possible. That way I can make sure they are good and ready.

I didn't participate in the last one but I'm going to try to fit this reward-a-thon in my schedule. After all, it's extra money that will come in handy during winter time.

I found out about the new rewardathon yesterday, I had a bit of a look around and after reading some of the topics thought of you. There were plenty of beauty related topics I thought you would know lots about. Unfortunately beauty products is not something I know much about! Good luck with it, be sure to let me know when you have some stuff posted I would be love to have a read. Also did you get the notice about the links competition?

*laughs* I am so happy that you thought of me! Yes I got a couple notices from mylot and therefore I checked it out. The main reason I decided to join this a-thorn thing would be that it has many beauty articles which I don't really need to spend extra time to research on.

I've not written specifically for Helium, but I've taken a couple of my Associated Content articles and published them there too. I don't think I'll be able to do both effectively, so I'm going to stick with that, if I do anything at all. I don't like all the rating thing either, it's quite time consuming. I've read the page about the contest, and I don't quite get it. I think they do a lousy job of explaining things.

Thing is simple, you write on the summer reward-a-thorn topics and rate at the same time. Make sure you have at least 1 writing star and 3 rating stars to be qualified for the earnings at the end of the program.

I don't mind rating at Helium because I can do it between other things like myLotting. I can learn from seeing how bad, or good, some of the articles are that I have to rate. I don't have to read every word to know if an article is well written or not. I am writing for the summer reward-a-thon and hope I will have at least one writing star when it ends. I'm still writing for contests and the Marketplace - if I see titles I can write about - and I enjoy taking part in the debates for or against different topics. I am making a little money from my Helium articles, I have sold one and I have won money for some I entered in contests, so I will aim for more of the same.

I have 3 rating stars but no writing star yet, so I think I am going to give this contest a pass. I tried hard last time, but didn't earn anything as I didn't have a writing star, this time just don't feel motivated enough. Best of luck to you ! Hope you do great and earn well this summer.
