Tips for Living Healthy...

I am a healthy person so I can do any work intime because I take food intime. Mainly in my food 1. Break fast at 8A.M 2bread slices with coffee. 2. Lunch at 1P.M Rice with Pure Vegetables. 3. Evening at 5.30P.M Coffee with Biscuits. 4. Dinner at 9P.M Low quantity of Rice and A Glass of Milk. Theese are good tips for maintaining good health. Do Yourself.....

Wow...That's great Bijay....I don't eat breakfast anyway...I just start my day with a cup of eat and will have lunch! You forget having any type of fruits in a day! Cheers!
