Privacy intrusion: What would you do?

Suppose, you are traveling in a bus or any other public transport. Somehow, you have the feel that the person sitting in front you is taking your snap in his cell phone. You have eye contact, he gets sneaky and this confirms you more. It's hard to tell but you are sure that he's doing that exactly - adjusting the lens on you. And the 'click' sound says it all! Now you don't have any doubt at all.
What would you do?
Would go right away and charge him?
Would you get down of the bus instantly?
Would you stop the bus and call the police?
Would you just let go?
Or, would do....share your views.

mimpi1911 I would say to him,I know you just took a picture
of me so I would like you to erase it at once, as I did not
give you permission to take my picture, and see what he
has to say.then I would just leave the bus, no harm probably never
see the man again anyway. lol.

Hatley, very well explained. That would be the right approach. And we must make sure to delete the picture.
Thanks.

Mimpi,
Would you not feel like slapping him ? I would judge and feel that this is more than just an invasion of your privacy. A colleague of mine who went through this a year back actually broke down. She was afraid where her photograph would be used in a wrong way.
I think people have no right to do that, whatever the intentions may be and should be dealt with. I would make sure that public attention is drawn to the person and the photograph is deleted immediately and be made to apologise. The public humilitaion should be strong enough so that such an incident would not happen again.

i will first feel very irritated. i will definitely charge him. that too in presence of others on road or in transport. then will take help and call the police. it happened that a man was following my friend few days. we had to call local people. we also charged him in front of others.
