Some people i've known just need about 3-5 hours a night of sleep. Unfortunatly i'm not like but it would be nice to be because I could do more without laying in bed or feeling tired. I sleep around 6-8 hours a night which is the norm.

Needing very little sleep is a good trait to have. Unfornuately, that is not me. If I don't sleep at least 8 1/2 hours then I would fall asleep through out the day. Sometimes in class when I am trying to fight the sleepiness, my head would stop bobing up and down. It must be very funny to look at.

baby sleeping - baby sleeping
Everyone needs 7-8 hours a sleep a night in order to function right.. I know I need about that much actually last night I got little over 11 hours of sleep.. I was so tired at 8 last night I just feel asleep and slept until 7:30 this morning... Yeah i sure needed it I think... But people that don't get enough sleep tend to get very tired and not to mention very moody as well.. 3-5 hrs of sleep is never enough for me..

I usually sleep about 7-8 hours or I will be a little tired. If you are one of those people who think five hours of sleep is enough. You may be surprised to learn that you are actually sleep deprived.Today's fast society can make sleep seem like a luxury. You sleep right elmiko just keep it up.sweet dreams...

Unfortunately, I'm not one of those people who need minimal hours of sleep. If ever I slept 3-5 hours in a night, I will end up taking a nap the next day. My sleeping hours is same as yours, its 6-8 hours. Although there are times when I stay up late, probably ending up about 10 hours in bed before fully waking up. But these days are numbered as there is always something that I have to go to or have to do. If I have nothing to do, I wouldn't mind spending the whole day in bed just to catch up snoozing. :)

I often get 3-5 hours of sleep now that I have children - so it is not exactly by choice. When I was younger I used to sleep 5-7 hours and I think that this length would suit me more. Any longer than that and I feel as if I have over-slept and really groggy for hours. I wouldn't mind 8 hours tonight though - tired

Hi I need more sleep. I can not do things and feel tired through out the day if I can not get enough sleep. I need eight hours sleep to feel good in the morning.

I have a friend who says that he only needs four hours of sleep a night and he feel like that's enough, but personally, I don't see how he can function right with just that much amount of sleep. I sleep for about eight hours every night, and if I only get like five hours I'll probably feel tired the entire day, haha.

don't get enough sleep would love to but i have to be up at five-thirty for work and if i 'm not lucky enough to drop of to sleep right away because there is so much going on in my mind or when i'm worried over something it's even worse trying to get the sleep i need.

I've had problems like that before. It seems like eatting a big meal cures problems like that for me. It packs on some pounds but at least it helps me to fall a sleep.
